What is the return policy?
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition received, within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges as well. If you’d like a different size, colour, or style, simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
Shipping
Items must be returned within 14 days. Please use a tracked service to ensure your item arrives safely.

- Pre owned items may show minor signs of wear, which are not eligible for a return if they were disclosed at purchase.
Are the items new or second hand?
All items sold by Wright Attire are pre owned / second hand designer menswear. Each piece is carefully inspected, quality checked, and prepared for dispatch, ensuring it arrives in excellent condition. Minor signs of wear may be present.
When will I get my order?
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours via a tracked delivery service. Delivery times depend on your location: most UK orders arrive within 2–5 business days, while international orders may take longer. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow it every step of the way.
What are the difference between fits?
Custom Slim Fit – Shorter in length with a slightly wider chest, designed for a tailored yet comfortable fit.
Slim Fit – Standard length, slightly tighter around the chest for a more defined silhouette.
Classic Fit – Standard length with more room around the chest for a relaxed look.
Important: Fits can overlap. For example, a Small Classic Fit may also fit like a Slim or Custom Slim Fit, and vice versa. Always check the item description for specific sizing notes.
