Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your parcel.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Free from odours, stains, washing, or damage

• Returned with any original tags (if included)

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Please email us first with your order number and the reason for return.

 

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your parcel.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is no longer available, we can offer a store credit or refund (where applicable).
