Shipping Policy – Wright Attire

At Wright Attire, we aim to get your order packed, dispatched and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase.

Orders placed during weekends, bank holidays or particularly busy periods may take up to 48 hours or longer during bank holidays to be dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Please note that dispatch times are separate from delivery times.

UK Delivery

We offer reliable UK delivery services, including:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Usually delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Usually delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free UK delivery is available on qualifying orders of £65 or more.

International Delivery

Wright Attire welcomes customers from around the world.

International shipping is available to supported destinations, with delivery charges and available services calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier and customs processing.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes and handling charges may apply.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is provided by the delivery service, your tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

Although we aim to provide a reliable delivery service, delays can occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, adverse weather, customs checks or other circumstances outside our control.
